The Circle of Love Empowerment Training was founded by Robert
Lyn Allen, M.A., M.F.T. and Denise Allen,
Special Education Teacher, and is designed to provide caregivers with an opportunity to be receivers. This idea
grew as a result of attending various conferences, each one placing new cognitive demands on the care giver to learn how to sharpen, refine, and hone their skills to provide even better care for children, clients and customers. While this is vital, the responsibility of being a caregiver is enormous.
Too often the caregiver is overlooked. As a result of our concern for the emotional needs of caregivers, it became apparent to us that there is an imbalance in the training available to this community.

Circle of Love Empowerment Training Program is a division of
The Circle of Love, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing vital support and skills to the caregiver.
Our goals are:
- To empower parents to realize how their early childhood and life experiences have influenced them as parents, and encourage them to use this in the most productive way and to be receptive to change.
- To empower caregivers to provide consistent quality team support to families and children through understanding their emotional needs for nurturing.
- To provide a supportive, trusting environment that will encourage caregivers to receive nurturing and love, thus minimizing emotional burnout.
- To fulfill our vision to support caregivers to live and serve others with passion and integrity.
- To continue our commitment to honor the greatness in ourselves and others.
- To encourage cultural awareness and diversity.
